The Shire Bunny Tower Playhouse is the raised version of our traditional Bunny wendy house. It adds another level of excitement to outdoor, imaginative play.Constructed from 12mm smooth planed tongue and groove shiplap cladding and supported by 34x34mm framing, this playhouse provides a robust and reliable build. The floor and roof are both strong 11mm OSB board ensuring durable support, with the reverse apex roof finished in felt. A half -glazed door leads into the playhouse which is further illuminated by a large window. The window opens to offer ventilation and the door is completed by a traditional ring latch.The raised platform is accessed by a ladder and features a railing. Underneath the platform is space for more play, a den or outdoor toy storage.This playhouse is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the playhouse. As a dip-treated shed, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so.
